Joshua brings 26 years of pure, hands-on mechanical contracting experience to Southern Arizona’s built environment. Having spent nearly three decades managing everything from complex field installations to advanced system design and product development, he realized a critical flaw in the modern HVAC market: the severe gap between standard retail installation and actual building science.
Frustrated by an industry driven by sales quotas and oversized, “rule-of-thumb” equipment, Josh founded Comfort Geeks to provide something entirely missing in Pima County: 100% independent, uncompromised, data-driven clarity.
Today, he partners directly with high-end architects to protect their structural designs through accurate ACCA modeling, and guides local homeowners through forensic diagnostics to solve chronic comfort issues once and for all.
